Released a few years after the original men’s model, the women’s version of the Royal Oak celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2016.
Audemars Piguet is releasing several”Frosted”versions in white and rose gold to mark the occasion.

Watch Replicas Uk:Forty years old and still going strong.
Thanks to its powerful and elegant lines, designed by Gérald Genta in 1972 and then feminineized by Jacqueline Dimier four years later.
The Royal Oak is part of the select group of timeless watches.
Audemars Piguet has now entrusted its iconic watch to jewelry designer Carolina Bucci to give it a new look for the 40th anniversary of the women’s version released in 1976.
As beautiful as it is mysterious, the Royal Oak Frosted Gold Watch Replicas Uk is a reinterpretation that catches the light and reflects it in millions of mesmerizing sparkles.
Here, the precious sparkles emanate not from diamonds set in gold but from the metal itself.
And are the result of a traditional artisanal skill called the Florentine technique.
A very specific hammering technique that,as Carolina Bucci points out,”requires neither adding nor subtracting material.
It simply alters the appearance of the metal so that it sparkles brilliantly and captures the light.”

Florentine technique
The Florentine technique is a process that involves hammering gold with infinite delicacy using a tool equipped with a diamond tip.
The goldsmith then patiently creates tiny marks on the surface of the metal to achieve a shimmer similar to that of precious stones or diamond dust.
The challenge of the exercise was adapting this jewelry technique to the unique construction of the Royal Oak case.
And bracelet without altering the clean lines that characterize its aesthetic.
The order of execution of the other finishing touches, such as polishing and satin-finishing,was thus modified due to the distinctive arrangement .
And geometry of the bracelet’s various links, arranged from the largest(near the case)to the smallest(near the clasp).

Long months of close collaboration and hard work were required by the Florentine artisans at Carolina Bucci.
And those at the Audemars Piguet manufacture to achieve a finish that lived up to their expectations:
Both sparkling and very soft to the touch, while preserving the bracelet’s suppleness.
The alchemy is delicate and perfectly mastered.
Nothing is lost, nothing is created, but the Royal Oak is truly transformed.
