A series of events on Patek Philippe watches with complex functions-Perpetual Calendar combined with Chronograph.

The Particularly Complex 5204 Model
The 5204’s functions are the same as the 5004,featuring a complete perpetual calendar and a ratrapante chronograph function.
Some major changes in this version include an increased diameter from 36.7mm to 40mm,making it more suitable for modern times.
This size is suitable for people of all ages, including Europeans and Asians.

Patek Philippe 5396 Annual Calendar Watch
While its predecessors, the 5004,mostly featured Arabic numerals, the 5204 model uses luminous baton hour markers.
The 18-karat white gold dial highlights the special black oxidized gold hands.
At 12 o’clock are two date windows displaying the day and month,a chronograph at 3 o’clock with a counter up to 30 minutes, and the seconds hand is displayed in the round sub-dial at 9 o’clock.
The small sub-dial at 6 o’clock is the”highlight”calendar window displaying the lunar and solar calendars.
Next to the calendar sub-dials are two small dots to indicate day/night and leap years.
The 5204 fake watches model uses the CHR 29-535 PS Q movement, with a Gyromax balance wheel operating at a frequency of 28,000 beats per hour(4Hz).

And a 65-hour power reserve.
It replaces the 27-70Q movement from the previous 5004 version, which only operated at a frequency of 18,000 vibrations per hour(based on the famous Lemania 2310 movement).
The 5270 Fake Watches Continues the Tradition
Perhaps this is considered the”simplest”watch in the complex perpetual calendar chronograph line,as the 5204 incorporates a split-second function, and the 5208 incorporates a chiming function.
Of course, the 5207 is not a simple watch;it is a complex timepiece continuing the long-standing tradition of Patek Philippe–a descendant of the famous Patek Philippe 1518.

We have detailed articles on the history of the Patek Philippe perpetual calendar chronograph in previous posts.
In the past, the CH 27-70(based on the Lemania 2310)was often favored for its perpetual calendar chronograph movements.
However,in 2011,Patek Philippe simultaneously introduced its in-house caliber,the CH 29-535 PS Q,with a diameter of 32mm.
This movement boasts a very high level of finish, with polished and brushed bridges, and polished and beveled screws.
