TAG Heuer unveils revolutionary”TH-Carbonspring”technology in limited edition Monaco and Carrera models.
At Geneva Watch Days,TAG Heuer presented a major innovation that has been more than ten years in development:the TH-Carbonspring.
This new oscillator, designed in-house by the TAG Heuer Lab,replaces traditional materials such as silicon with carbon, offering several advantages, including improved shock resistance, superior anti-magnetism,and increased lightness.
These properties could improve the performance of mechanical movements.
Designed to improve the performance of traditional oscillators, this carbon component promises to improve timekeeping accuracy and the durability of watches while better resisting magnetic fields.

Monaco Flyback Chronograph Replicas Watches TH-Carbonspring
The first model to incorporate TH-Carbonspring technology is the Monaco Flyback Chronograph(ref.CBL5190.FT6313).
This 39 mm diameter model features a black forged carbon case with matching carbon pushers and crown.
It is 14.1 mm thick,with a 47.4 mm lug width.It is water resistant to 100 meters.Women’s Watches
Powered by the TH20-60 Flyback Chronograph movement, featuring TH-Carbonspring technology, this watch benefits from COSC certification,a 4 Hz beating frequency, and an 80-hour power reserve.
Limited to 50 pieces, this model will retail for CHF 17,000 and will be available from December.Women’s Watches

Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport TH-Carbonspring
The second model is the Carrera Chronograph Tourbillon Extreme Sport(ref.TBD),equipped with a 44 mm case in black forged carbon, with a similar treatment for the bezel, crown, and pushers.
It is 15.4 mm thick, and the lug width is 49.7 mm.
The Carrera Chronograph replicas watches incorporates a more complex movement, the TH20-61,with TH-Carbonspring technology.
It is also COSC-certified,operates at 4 Hz,and offers a 65-hour power reserve.
The dial, also in black carbon, features white luminous markings and an aperture for the flying tourbillon.
The watch is fitted with a black rubber strap with a titanium folding clasp.
It will retail for CHF 40,000 and will be available in the first quarter of 2026.Women’s Watches
A Glimpse into the Future of Watchmaking
The TH-Carbonspring represents a major leap forward in watchmaking innovation.
While silicon is already used for its anti-magnetic properties, carbon is distinguished by its lightness and increased shock resistance, which could offer better performance in terms of precision and durability, particularly in extreme conditions.
TAG Heuer’s development of this technology marks a new milestone in mechanical watchmaking.
With only 50 pieces of each model available, these limited editions are an exciting opportunity for collectors and watch enthusiasts to discover a new peak of Swiss watchmaking innovation.
