　　July 2019 marks the golden anniversary of such an important event in human history,and Omega officials have chosen a material worthy of use for the case and bracelet of this special model:gold.

　　And not just any gold,Moonshine gold with special characteristics.

　　Following the design of the famous BA145.022,Omega has produced the current model in an exclusive new alloy called 18-karat Moonshine gold.

　　This alloy has a paler hue than traditional yellow gold,as it includes a higher percentage of palladium,and also offers great resistance to fading and loss of color over time.

　　Its case measures 42 millimeters,like the original model,and is water-resistant to 50 meters.

　　Inspired by the 1969 model,some burgundy touches have been added,such as the ceramic bezel with the typical Ceragold tachymeter scale.

　　The tachymeter scale on the bezel also pays homage to pre-1970s models with a dot over 90,known as the”dot over 90.”

　　The dial is also crafted in Moonshine gold,brushed vertically,and features faceted onyx hour markers.

　　The Omega logo mimics that of the 1969 model.

　　At the bottom of the dial,on either side of the”Swiss Made”inscription,we find the letters OM,which stands for”Or Massif”(solid gold in French),to further identify this commemorative model.

　　If we turn the case over,we can see a decorative ring on the caseback surrounding the sapphire crystal.

　　Also crafted from blackened Moonshine gold and featuring a partial world map of the American continent in gold and blue.

　　In addition,there is a domed lunar meteorite recreation of the moon.

　　The proportions between the Earth and moon representations are realistic.

　　We can also see the legends”Apollo 11-50th Anniversary”and”The first watch worn on the moon,”along with the dates 1969-2019 and the limited edition number in burgundy.

　　The watch features the new Omega Master Chronometer movement,caliber 3861,with manual winding,Co-Axial escapement and silicon balance spring,resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss and offering a 50-hour power reserve.

　　Some of its components are finished in Moonshine gold,with bridges finished with Geneva waves.

　　It features central hours,minutes,and a chronograph hand,a small seconds at 9:00,and 30-minute counters at 3:00 and 12-hour counters at 6:00.

　　The bracelet is the one familiar from other Speedmaster models,crafted in Moonshine gold.

　　The fake watches is sold with a case inspired by the original 1969 model.

　　The side panels of the case are made of gray ceramic with a three-dimensional print of the lunar surface.

　　Since each panel is structured differently,no two cases will be the same.

　　The top panel features a printed image of the Sea of​​Tranquility,depicting the Apollo 11 moon landing site.
